摘　　要：为实现契合岗位胜任力要求的飞行员能力测评,促进对飞行员能力状态的动态监测,本研究基于信息加工模型(information processing model),并结合飞行员技能全生命周期管理体系(PLM,professionalism lifecycle management system)的要求,构建飞行员能力测评指标体系。首先,阐述信息加工模型与能力之间的关系;其次,基于信息加工模型,分析飞行员在完成驾驶操作和应对复杂情况的心理活动中,以及信息加工各环节需具备的能力要素;最后,基于专家调研对能力测评指标进行验证,验证结果表明,该飞行员能力测评指标体系契合职业适应性心理要求,共包含3个维度中的14个二级指标。本研究提出的飞行员能力测评指标体系可为后续构建飞行员心理胜任力测评指标体系并开发测评工具打下基础,也为飞行员的心理选拔和评估提供理论依据。In order to achieve the evaluation of pilot ability corresponding to the post competency requirements and promote the dynamic monitoring of pilot competency status,this study constructed the ability evaluation index system of pilot based on the information processing model,in combination with the requirements of the professionalism lifecycle management system(PLM).Firstly,the relationship between the information processing model and the capabilities was described.Then,based on the information processing model,the required ability elements in each segment of information processing and in the psychological activities of completing driving operations and coping with complex situations were analyzed.Finally,the ability evaluation indicators were verified based on expert survey.The verified evaluation index system of pilot ability conformed to the requirements of occupational aptitude psychology,including 14 secondary indicators of 3 dimensions.The pilot ability evaluation index system proposed in this study can lay a foundation for the subsequent construction of the psychological competency evaluation index system and the development of evaluation tools,as well as provide a theoretical basis for the psychological selection and evaluation of pilot.
