摘　　要：视频是智媒体时代非物质文化遗产展示与传播的重要载体,提炼非物质文化遗产视频的语义信息并构建它们之间的关联关系,有助于非物质文化遗产的数字化.该文对非物质文化遗产视频非结构性特征进行分析,抽取相关知识,设计基于语义描述的非物质文化遗产视频概念模型,并根据模型提出相关本体、属性及其关联关系,最后以视频知识组织可视化展示,实现非物质文化遗产知识智能化应用.该文构建的视频资源描述与知识组织能揭示非物质文化遗产视频知识之间的关联关系,为知识服务提供了有效支撑.Video is an important carrier for the display and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage in the era of smart media.Refining the semantic information of intangible cultural heritage videos and building the relationship between them is conducive to the digital development of intangible cultural heritage.In this paper the non-structural features of intangible cultural heritage videos were analyzed with relevant knowledge extracted.An intangible cultural heritage video metadata model was designed based on semantic description,and relevant concepts,attributes and their associations were proposed according to the model.Finally,the video knowledge organization is visually displayed to realize the intelligent application of intangible cultural heritage knowledge.The video knowledge organization based on semantic description is able to show the diversified relationship between intangible cultural heritage knowledge,which is conducive to the standardized expression of intangible cultural heritage knowledge,and is of great significance to the digital protection of intangible cultural heritage in my country.
