摘  要:基于大型养路机械的应用现状,以及新形势下大型养路机械对动力传动系统的新需求,研发了GMC-48JS双动力钢轨打磨车,文章主要阐述了GMC-48JS双动力钢轨打磨车主电路的技术特点和设计过程,并对主电路功率进行了详细计算。GMC-48JS双动力钢轨打磨车主电路首次应用双动力供电、交流电传动、无缝转换、低恒速牵引等技术,并顺利通过了为期1年的运行考核,各项性能均达到了预期目标。Based on the application status of heavy-duty track maintenance machinery,as well as the new requirements of heavy-duty track maintenance machinery for power transmission system under the new situation,the GMC-48JS dual-power rail grinding car is developed.This paper mainly describes the technical characteristics and design process of the main circuit of GMC-48JS dual-power rail grinding car,and the power of main circuit is calculated in detail.The main circuit of GMC-48JS dual-power rail grinding car applies the technologies of dual-power supply,AC electric drive,seamless conversion,low constant speed traction for the first time,and has successfully passed a one-year operational assessment with all performance targets met as expected.
