摘　　要：为提升旅游地区有轨电车的服务品质,综合平衡运量需求和运能供给,从旅游地区有轨电车的客流分布、线路特点及出行服务要求等出发,以丽江轨道交通1号线为例,编制了有轨电车全日行车计划,并进行了交路设计、停站设计等。探讨了能够改善旅游交通运营服务品质,提高企业运营效益的运营组织模式。在此基础上,以满足旅游休闲型乘客的需求为导向,重点在车辆选型、配线设计等方面进行了深入的分析。To improve the service quality of trams in tourist destination and comprehensively balance the traffic volume demand and transport capacity supply,starting from tram passenger flow distribution,line characteristics and travel service,requirements in tourist destination,with Lijiang Rail Transit Line 1 as the example,the tram whole day operation plan is prepared,and the routing design and stop design are carried out.The operation organization mode that can improve the service quality of tourism transportation operation and the operation efficiency of enterprises is discussed.On this basis,in order to meet the guidance-oriented demand of leisure type passengers,in-depth analysis is put forward focusing on aspects such as vehicle type selection,auxiliary line design,and the tram operation requirements in tourist destination are proposed.
