摘  要:变风量空调系统包含多个控制回路,各组控制回路在运作时会产生强烈耦合效果,为保证系统稳定需要解耦控制回路,研究基于PID控制技术的变风量空调系统多变量解耦回路控制方法。基于PID控制技术建立回路增益相对矩阵,根据相对矩阵对角理论推导空调多变量解耦方式,根据误差校正规则设置补偿信号控制系统解耦回路,完成解耦回路控制方法设计。实验以变风量空调系统为测试对象,运用所提方法和传统方法,对多变量回路进行解耦控制。设定变风量空调系统中包含五组控制回路,分别为2组房间室温和管道静压,以及二氧化碳浓度和送风温度,当送风温度设定值为11℃、18℃以及14℃时,二氧化碳浓度设定值为400×10^(-6)、700×10^(-6)以及1000×10^(-6)时,在所提方法下进行解耦控制,不会受到其他回路的影响,能够具备较好跟随性,减少其他控制回路的干扰和影响。The VAV air conditioning system includes many control loops,each control loop will produce strong coupling effect in opera-tion,and decoupling control loop is needed to ensure system stability.The multivariable decoupling loop control method of VAV air con-ditioning system based on PID control technology is studied.Based on the PID control technology,the relative matrix of loop gain is es-tablished,the multi-variable decoupling mode of air conditioning is deduced by the diagonal theory of relative matrix,the decoupling loop of compensating signal control system is set up by error correction rules,and the decoupling loop control method is designed.The experiments of decoupling control of multi-variable loop is carried out by using the proposed method and the traditional method.The var-iable air volume air conditioning system includes five sets of control loops,which are room temperature and pipe static pressure of two sets of rooms,carbon dioxide concentration and supply air temperature.When the set value of supply air temperature is 11℃,18℃and 14℃respectively,and the set value of carbon dioxide concentration is 400×10^(-6),700×10^(-6) and 1000×10^(-6),the decoupling control un-der the proposed method will not be affected by other control loops,and it can have better follow-up property and reduce the interference and influence of other control loops.
