基于“三焦-玄府”一体观初探内外合治高脂血症

摘　　要：三焦与玄府功能相似,皆是人体气机、津液、气血运行的门户通路。三焦者宏观推动,玄府者微观调节,“三焦-玄府”一体推动人体气化功能及津液输布。本文在总结“三焦-玄府”一体观的基础上,认为高脂血症的中医病机为湿浊痹阻三焦-玄府,在治疗上不拘泥于传统内治法,提出内外合治,内治强调逐湿浊、畅三焦以推动玄府开阖,芳香逐秽开玄府;外治创新性提出熏蒸微汗法,启玄府通三焦治疗高脂血症,并附以临床研究,证明疗效突出。Similar in function,sanjiao and Xuanfu are both the gateways for the movement of qi,body fluid and blood in the human body,while the two differs in that the former promotes their movement at a macro level and the latter regulates their movement at a micro one,whereby they promote the body's qi transformation and fl uid transportation and distribution in an integrated manner.On the basis of summarizing the integrated view of"sanjiao-Xuanfu",this article believes that the pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia in traditional Chinese medicine is dampnessturbidity blockading the two gateways,accordingly proposes a combination of internal and external therapies instead of being confi ned to the traditional internal treatment methods.According to the new method,the internal treatment emphasizes removing dampness-turbidity and activating sanjiao to promote the opening and closing of Xuanfu with fragrant-natured drugs,while the external treatment innovatively resorts to the method of fumigation and mild sweating to ensure Xuanfu and sanjiao remain open and clear to treat hyperlipidemia.Additionally,a clinical case study is attached to the paper to prove the outstanding eff ect of the innovative method.
