摘 要:二元复合驱作为提高采收率,控制产量递减速度的一项重要三次采油技术,在我国已得到了广泛应用,但随着二元驱采油的不断深入,含二元驱采出液的处理问题己经成为油田化学驱油的技术难题。以室内试验与现场流程应用相结合的方式,系统分析了二元复合驱对采出液稳定性与采出液脱出水质的影响。通过模拟现场试验,得到了H联合站采出液含二元复合驱药剂的工艺优化方案:在其他工况不变的条件下,选用破乳剂BC-018K的同时将电脱水器温度提升至55℃,采出液可脱水至合格。As an important tertiary recovery technology to improve the recovery rate and control the rate of decreasing production,binary composite drive has been widely used in China,but with the deepening of binary drive oil recovery,the treatment problem of produced fluid containing binary drive has become a technical problem of oilfield chemical drive.In this paper,the effects of binary complex drive on the stability of produced fluid and the quality of dewatering of produced liquid were systematically analyzed by combining indoor tests and field process applications.By simulating the field test,a process optimization plan for the H joint station with binary compound drive agent was obtained as follows:under the same other working conditions,the demulsifier BC-018K was selected,and the temperature of the electric dehydrator was raised to 55℃,and the produced liquid could be dehydrated to be qualified.
