摘 要:为了解石家庄市商业健身俱乐部薪酬结构的现状,通过问卷调查法、访谈法等方法,对石家庄市20个商业健身俱乐部的基本情况、薪酬结构进行了调查研究,发现会籍顾问和私人教练的薪酬采取的是基本工资+提成+福利的“低底薪高提成”的方式,客服的薪酬来源主要是基本工资.会籍顾问和私人教练薪酬结构的制定没有考虑员工的出勤率、积极性、稳定性,不利于新员工的保有率.因此,提出优化薪酬结构的建议,提升薪酬管理的激励作用,增强员工的积极性和归属感,有利于提高员工的工作效率和服务水平,从而提高公司整体实力和市场竞争力.In order to understand the current situation of salary structure of commercial fitness clubs in Shijiazhuang City,the basic situation and salary structure of 20 commercial fitness clubs in Shijiazhuang City have been investigated and studied by means of questionnaire survey,interview and other methods.It is found that the salary of membership consultants and personal trainers is"low basic salary and high commission",which consists of salary,commission and welfare.The main source of compensation for customer service is base salary.The salary structure of membership consultants and personal trainers does not consider the attendance rate,enthusiasm and stability of employees,which is not conducive to the retention rate of new employees.Therefore,suggestions are put forward to optimize the salary structure,enhance the incentive role of salary management,and enhance the enthusiasm and sense of belonging of employees,which is conducive to improving the work efficiency and service level,so as to improve the overall strength and market competitiveness of the company.
