摘　　要：党的二十大对新时代法治中国建设作出了科学规划和战略部署,提出了“传承中华优秀传统法律文化”的新要求。以中华优秀传统法律文化涵养新时代法治精神,推动法治中国建设,是把马克思主义基本原理同中国具体实际相结合、同中华优秀传统文化相结合的体现,是当代中国马克思主义法治建设理论的守正创新。传承中华优秀传统法律文化,要坚持创造性转化和创新性发展的原则,畅通中华优秀传统法律文化的传承路径,以法治中国建设的实际成果推动全面建设社会主义现代化强国。The 20th National Congress of the Party made scientific plans and strategic arrangements for the construction of the rule of law in China in the new era,and put forward new requirements for“inheriting the fine traditional Chinese legal culture”.To cultivate the spirit of rule of law in the new era with the fine traditional Chinese legal culture and promote the construction of rule of law in China is to combine the basic principles of Marxism with the reality of China and the fine traditional Chinese culture,and to maintain the integrity and innovation of contemporary Chinese Marxist theory of rule of law construction.To inherit the fine traditional Chinese legal culture,we should adhere to the principle of creative transformation and innovative development,unblock the path of inheriting the fine traditional Chinese legal culture,and promote the comprehensive construction of a great modern socialist country based on the actual achievements of rule of law in China.
