摘　　要：随着高校“双一流”建设的不断推进,国有资产的复杂性需求给高校国有资产的管理带来巨大挑战。跨业务、跨部门的资产管理业务需求日益增加,资产管理业务烦琐;教育主管部门对资产与采购监管要求日益规范,对资产采购、配置、使用、处置等关键环节的审批也日益严格。文章详细概述了一个完善的国有资产全生命周期管理信息系统,实现了打通资产全生命周期整个业务链条;实现了各业务互联互通、数据共享;全面提升了高校资产信息化管理水平。With the continuous development of“doublefirst-class”construction in colleges and universities,the complexity demand of state-owned assets brings great challenges to the management of state-owned assets in colleges and universities.The business demand for cross-business and cross-department asset management is increasing,and the asset management business is tedious.Education authorities have increasingly standardized supervision requirements on assets and procurement,and increasingly strict examination and approval of key links such as asset procurement,allocation,use and disposal.In this paper,a perfect management information system for the whole life cycle of state-owned assets is introduced in detail,and the whole business chain of the whole life cycle of state-owned assets is achieved.It realizes the interconnection and data sharing of various businesses,comprehensively improves the level of university assets information management.
