摘  要:文章设计了一种基于LTCC工艺的Ka频段瓦片式四通道下变频组件。变频组件集成合路、变频、滤波、延迟补偿等功能,射频工作频率覆盖19~21GHz,通带带宽2GHz,采用由本振驱动的超外差混频方案,最终输出C频段信号。针对超外差混频的带外杂散以及低剖面的通道合成与变频功能一体化集成等问题,采用引入高抑制度带通薄膜滤波器以及设计LTCC内层威尔金森合路器等方法,实现了瓦片式四通道下变频组件的集成设计方案。整个组件尺寸59 mm×59 mm×8 mm,便于实现低剖面相控阵系统的射频前端集成等应用。This paper designs a Ka-band tile-type four-channel down-converter component based on LTCC technology.The down-converter component integrates the functions of power combining,frequency conversion,filtering,delay compensation,etc.The RF operating frequency covers 19~21 GHz,and the bandwidth of passband reaches 2 GHz.It uses the superheterodyne frequency mixing scheme driven by local oscillator,andfinally outputs the C-band signal.Aiming at the problems of outside passband spurious of superheterodyne frequency mixing,the low-profile channel synthesis and integration of frequency conversion function,the integrated design scheme of tile-type four-channel down-converter component has been realized by introducing high-suppression band-pass thinfilmfilter and designing Wilkinson combiner inside LTCC.The size of the whole component is 59 mm×59 mm×8 mm,which is convenient for applications such as RF front-end integration of low-profile phased array system.
