摘　　要：目的 分析甲状腺肿瘤患者采用化学发光免疫(CLIA)测定法性免疫检测的价值。方法 对2021年1~12月我院收治的80例疑似甲状腺肿瘤患者行免疫检验,采用免疫放射分析法(RIA)、CLIA检验,将其结果与最终病理结果对比以评价诊断效能。通过2种方式测定甲状腺激素、甲状腺球蛋白水平/个数,探讨不同方法的诊断价值。结果 最终确诊的甲状腺肿瘤患者71例。RIA、CLIA检验结果分别确诊58例、69例。其中CLIA检验诊断效能指标、甲状腺激素、甲状腺球蛋白水平/个数、抗体阳性检出率均高于RIA检验,P <0.05。CLIA检验平均耗时短于RIA检验,P <0.05。结论 免疫检测是甲状腺肿瘤重要诊断方式之一,应用CLIA测定法能够获得较为理想的效果,诊断优势显著、操作时间更短,准确性、简便性方面均更符合临床需求。同时,CLIA相较于RIA测定更能反映各项甲状腺指标,生化免疫阳性率敏感,是一种可行性较强的免疫检验技术。Objective To analyze the value of chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA)in patients with thyroid tumor.Methods Immunoassays were performed on 80 patients with suspected thyroid tumors admitted to our hospital in January to December 2021,and immunoradioassay(RIA)and CLIA tests were used to compare the results with the final pathological results to evaluate the diagnostic effectiveness.The levels and numbers of thyroid hormones and thyroglobulin were measured in two ways,and the diagnostic value of different methods was discussed.Results Seventy-one cases of thyroid tumor were diagnosed finally,58 cases in the RIA test,and 69 cases in the CLIA test.Among them,the diagnostic efficacy indexes of CLIA test,the level/number of thyroid hormones and thyroglobulin as well as the positive detection rate of antibodies were all higher than those of RIA test(P<0.05).The average time consuming of CLIA test was lower than that of RIA test by SPSS(P<0.05).Conclusion Immunoassay is one of the important diagnostic methods of thyroid tumor,and CLIA assay can achieve ideal results,with obvious diagnostic advantages,shorter operation time,accuracy and simplicity,which are more in line with clinical needs.At the same time,CLIA is a feasible immunoassay technology,which can reflect all thyroid indexes better than RIA,and the biochemical immune positive rate is sensitive.
