乌灵胶囊联合艾司西酞普兰治疗帕金森病合并抑郁患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察乌灵胶囊联合艾司西酞普兰治疗帕金森病合并抑郁患者的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年6月该院收治的60例帕金森病合并抑郁患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各30例。两组均给予常规抗帕金森病治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予艾司西酞普兰治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合乌灵胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗前后帕金森病症状改善[帕金森病统一评分量表(UPDRS)]评分、血清载脂蛋白-J(Apo-J)水平、认知功能[蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)]评分,智力[简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)]评分、抑郁[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]评分及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,研究组UPDRSⅠ、UPDRSⅡ、UPDRSⅢ评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组血清Apo-J水平低于对照组,MoCA和MMSE评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2、4、8周后,研究组HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乌灵胶囊联合艾司西酞普兰治疗帕金森病合并抑郁患者,可显著改善帕金森病症状,降低血清Apo-J水平,提高认知功能和智力水平,减轻抑郁情绪,其效果优于单纯艾司西酞普兰。Objective:To observe effects of Wuling capsules combined with Escitalopram in treatment of patients with Parkinson’s disease complicated with depression.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 patients with Parkinson’s disease and depression admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to June 2021.They were divided into control group and study group according to the random table method,30 cases in each.Both groups were given conventional anti Parkinson’s disease treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Escitalopram,while the study group was treated with Wuling capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The improvement of Parkinson’s disease symptoms[unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale(UPDRS)]score,the serum apolipoprotein-J(Apo-J)level,the cognitive function[Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)]score,the intelligence[mini mental state examination(MMSE)]score,the depression[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)]score,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the scores of UPDRS I,UPDRS II and UPDRS III in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the serum Apo-J level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the MoCA and MMSE scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2,4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Wuling capsules combined with Escitalopram in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease with depression can significantly improve the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease,reduce the serum Apo-J level,improve the cognitive function and t
