摘 要:目的:比较Panavia F树脂水门汀与玻璃离子粘固剂修复治疗牙体缺损患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年6月至2021年6月该院收治的96例牙体缺损患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组与观察组各48例。两组均接受口腔种植修复治疗,对照组使用玻璃离子粘固剂修复,观察组使用Panavia F树脂水门汀修复,治疗后随访6个月,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)、出血指数(BI)、咬合力、咀嚼效率,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%(46/48),高于对照组的81.25%(39/9),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组PLI、BI评分及PD均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组咬合力、咀嚼效率均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Panavia F树脂水门汀修复治疗牙体缺损患者可提高治疗总有效率、咬合力和咀嚼效率,降低PLI、BI评分及PD,效果优于玻璃离子粘固剂修复治疗。Objective:To compare effects of Panavia F resin cement and glass ionomer cement in treatment of patients with dental defects.Methods:The clinical data of 96 patients with dental defects admitted to this hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,48 cases in each.Both groups received oral implant repair treatment.The control group was treated with glass ionomer cement,while the observation group was treated with Panavia F resin cement.The patients were followed up for 6 months after the treatment.The clinical efficacy,the plaque index(PLI),the probing depth(PD),the bleeding index(BI),the bite force,the masticatory efficiency,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.83%(46/48),which was higher than 81.25%(39/9)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of PLI,BI and PD in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the bite force and the masticatory efficiency of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Panavia F resin cement repair can improve the total effective rate,the bite force level and the masticatory efficiency,and reduce the scores of PLI,BI and PD in the patients with dental defects.Moreover,it is superior to glass ionomer cement repair.
