摘 要:本项目将以我国自主研发的FSW焊接机器人为研究对象,研究其在大、重、高精密装备中的应用。本项目将通过构建混合动力头部的力学模型,对混合动力头部在5种典型工作条件下的载荷进行准确模拟,得到混合动力头部的刚性、强度等参数,从而对混合动力头部的整体结构进行优化设计。研究结果显示,FSW机器人在最苛刻的结构状态下具有较好的刚性,各个关键部件的安全性,整体结构的刚性可以达到预期的焊接要求。This project will take the FSW welding robot independently developed in China as the research object to study its application in large,heavy and high-precision equipment.In this project,the mechanical model of the hybrid electric head will be constructed,the load of the hybrid electric head under five typical working conditions will be accurately simulated,and the rigidity,strength and other parameters of the hybrid electric head will be obtained,so as to optimize the overall structure of the hybrid electric head.The research results show that the FSW robot has good rigidity in the strictest structural state,the safety of each key component and the rigidity of the overall structure can meet the expected welding requirements.
