摘　　要：目前,汽车维修行业正处于快速发展阶段,汽车维修企业管理水平较低、信息化建设落后,使其在汽车市场竞争中处于不利地位。针对这一现状,本文提出了采用ERP管理系统对汽车维修企业进行管理的方案,分析了企业的业务流程及管理需求,阐述了企业ERP管理系统的功能模块和实施方法,为其他汽车维修企业开展信息化建设提供有益借鉴。At present,the automobile maintenance industry is in a rapid development stage,and the automobile maintenance enterprises are at a disadvantage in the automobile market competition because of their low management level and backward information construction.In view of this situation,this paper puts forward a scheme of using ERP management system to manage automobile maintenance enterprises,analyzes the business process and management requirements of enterprises,and expounds the functional modules and implementation methods of enterprise ERP management system,which provides useful reference for other automobile maintenance enterprises to carry out information construction.
