摘  要:选择6个实验组和1个对照组油茶林,在一个周期内,每隔2个月通过土壤施用硒肥,每个实验组各1次,共6次;油茶果实成熟后,采摘晒干提取茶油,并检测茶油中硒及角鲨烯的含量。检测结果表明:施用硒肥可以提高茶油中硒的含量,硒有利于提升茶油中角鲨烯的含量,一年中秋季施肥更有利于提升硒和角鲨烯的含量,提升茶油品质。s:Six experimental groups and one control group were selected to apply selenium fertilizer through the soil every 2 months in one cycle for 6 times.After the fruits of Camellia oleifera are ripe,they are picked and dried to extract tea oil,and the content of selenium and squalene in tea oil is detected.The test results showed that:(1)the application of selenium fertilizer can increase the content of selenium in tea oil,(2)selenium is conducive to increasing the content of squalene in tea oil,(3)fertilization in autumn in one year is more conducive to increasing the content of selenium and squalene and improving the quality of tea oil.
