摘  要:目的:建立液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱仪测定牛百叶中五氯酚酸钠含量的方法。方法:样品通过QuEChERS前处理进行提取与净化,以乙酸铵水溶液+甲醇为流动相梯度洗脱,多反应监测,负模式扫描,外标法定量。结果:目标化合物在0~80.0 ng·mL^(-1)具有良好线性关系,检出限为0.3μg·kg^(-1),定量低限为0.5μg·kg^(-1),平均回收率为90.2%~98.3%,RSD在1.3%~2.2%。结论:该方法准确、稳定,可用于牛百叶中五氯酚酸钠测定。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of sodium pentachlorophenate in bovine louver by liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry.Method:The samples were extracted and purified by QuEChERS pretreatment.Ammonium acetate aqueous solution+methanol was used as mobile phase gradient elution,multi-reaction monitoring,negative mode scanning,and quantitative by external standard method.Result:The target compounds showed good linearity in the concentration range of 0 to 80.0 ng·mL^(-1).The detection limit was 0.3μg·kg^(-1),and the quantization limit was 0.5μg·kg^(-1).The average recoveries were 90.2%~98.3%,RSD were 1.3%~2.2%.Conclusion:The method is accurate and stable,and can be used for the determination of sodium pentachlorophenolate in bovine louver.
