摘 要:依据《食品安全国家标准食品中铅的测定》(GB 5009.12—2017),对微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定灵芝孢子粉中铅元素含量方法的线性关系、检出限定量限、精密度准确度进行分析。结果表明,铅浓度和吸光度的线性关系为y=0.0049x-0.0011,相关系数为0.9994,方法检出限为0.0108 mg·kg^(-1),方法定量限为0.0360 mg·kg^(-1),精密度与准确度均符合标准要求,证明了该方法在保健食品灵芝孢子粉检测中的适用性。According to the national standard GB 5009.12-2017,this study analyzed the linear relationship,detection limit,precision and accuracy of microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry in the determination of lead in Ganoderma lucidum spore powder.The results showed that the linear relationship between concentration and absorbance was y=0.0049x-0.0011,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9994.The limit of detection of the method was 0.0108 mg·kg^(-1),and the limit of quantification was 0.0360 mg·kg^(-1).The precision and accuracy of the method suited the requirements of the related standard,which proved the applicability of the method in the detection of Ganoderma lucidum spore powder.
