Effect of Micro-Nutrition Assessment Combined with Diet Intervention on Postoperative Nursing of Elderly Patients with Vertebral Canal Fracture

摘  要:目的:探究微型营养评定法结合饮食干预对老年椎管骨折术后护理中的效果。方法:选取山东省第二人民医院2020年2月—2021年2月期间收治的94例老年椎管骨折术患者,采用简单随机化分组方式,将患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受微型营养评定法结合饮食干预,比较两组患者上臂肌围、小腿周径、身体质量、营养状况、胃肠道反应发生率、骨折愈合时间与住院时间等指标。结果:对比两组患者上臂肌围、小腿周径、身体质量,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对比两组患者营养状况指标中白蛋白水平、血红蛋白水平、总蛋白水平与前白蛋白水平,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对比两组患者胃肠道反应发生率,观察组明显较低(P<0.05)。对比两组患者愈合时间与住院时间,观察组明显较低(P<0.05)。结论:对老年椎管骨折术后患者实行微型营养评定法结合饮食干预,能增加患者上臂肌围、小腿周径,提升患者身体质量,改善患者营养状况,减少患者胃肠道反应发生情况,缩短患者住院时间与骨折愈合时间,故具有较高的临床推广应用价值。Objective:To explore the effect of micro-nutrition assessment combined with diet intervention on postoperative care of elderly patients with vertebral canal fracture.Method:94 elderly patients with spinal canal fracture admitted to Shandong Second People’s Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group received micro-nutrition assessment combined with diet intervention.The following indicators of the patients in the two groups were compared:upper arm muscle circumference,lower leg circumference,body mass,nutritional status,gastrointestinal reaction rate,fracture healing time and hospital stay.Result:Compared with the upper arm muscle circumference,leg circumference and body mass of the two groups,the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the level of albumin,hemoglobin,total protein and pre-protein in the nutritional status indicators of the two groups,the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).The healing time and hospitalization time of the two groups were significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The micro-nutrition assessment combined with diet intervention can increase the upper arm muscle circumference and lower leg circumference,improve the patient’s body quality,improve the patient’s nutritional status,reduce the occurrence of gastrointestinal reactions,shorten the patient’s hospitalization time and fracture healing time,so it has high clinical application value.
