摘　　要：通过基于移动互联网的第三方信用平台与医院现有医院信息系统(HospitalInformationSystem,HIS)系统连接,实现先诊疗、后付费的“信用+医疗”服务模式。以北京市石景山医院信用医疗为例,介绍结合第三方信用平台和医院信息系统对接时的架构的搭建、接口和业务实现。免除患者一次就诊重复排队缴费,优化患者就诊流程,节约患者就医时间,提高患者就医满意度。随着社会信用体系的建立和完善,移动互联网技术的发展,“信用+医疗”服务模式会在更大范围内得到推广和应用。The third-party credit platform based on mobile Internet is connected with the existing Hospital Information System(HIS)system of the hospital to realize the"credit+medical"service mode of first treatment and later payment.Taking Beijing Shijingshan Hospital credit medical service as an example,we introduce the architecture,interface and business implementation of the interface between the third-party credit platform and the hospital information system.It eliminates the need for patients to repeatedly queue up for payment at a single visit,optimizes the patient consultation process,saves patients'time and improves their satisfaction.With the establishment and improvement of social credit system and the development of mobile Internet technology,the"credit+medical"service model will be promoted and applied in a wider scope.
