摘　　要：“新一轮国企改革深化提升行动,应该是围绕推进中国式现代化的新方案。要在对国有企业功能使命充分认识的基础上,构建新的、中国式的、现代化的国企产业体系,同时完成新国企自身改革的任务”,国企管理智库副理事长、首席专家李锦在2023国企管理智库大会上作主题报告时表示。“The new round of deepening and upgrading of SOE reform should focus on the new plan to promote the Chinese-style modernization.It is necessary to build,on the basis of a thorough understanding of the function and mission of SOEs,a new Chinese-style and modern SOE industrial system,while at the same time complete the task of self-reform of the new SOEs,”said Li Jin,Vice Chairman and Chief Expert of the SOE Management Think-tank,in his speech at the 2023 Think-tank Conference on SOE Management.
