摘  要:目的连续5年对深圳市售5个类别茶叶中农药残留情况进行监测和分析,为监管部门提供参考依据,为消费者提供指导。方法在深圳市10个区采集红茶、绿茶、大麦茶、普洱茶5个类别的茶叶样品,按照15个监测项目的国家标准检测方法对样品中农药残留情况进行检测。结果320份样品中12份样品农药残留超标,总体超标率为3.75%(12/320)。超标率最高的项目是吡虫啉,6个吡虫啉超标的样品均为菊花茶,菊花茶吡虫啉超标率9.38%(6/64)。不同类别样品间超标率差异有统计学意义,64个菊花茶样品农药残留超标率达到17.19%(11/64),显著高于其他4个类别。结论深圳市市售红茶、绿茶、大麦茶、普洱茶农药残留风险较小,而菊花茶农药残留水平较高,存在一定的食品安全隐患,应该引起重视,加强监管。Objective For five consecutive years,pesticide residues in five categories of tea sold in Shenzhen were monitored and analyzed to provide reference for regulatory authorities and consumption guidance for consumers.Methods The tea samples from five categories,including black tea,green tea,barley tea and Pu'er tea,were collected from 10 districts of Shenzhen City,and pesticide residues in the samples were detected according to the national standard detection methods for 15 monitoring items.Results Among 320 samples,pesticide residues in 12 samples exceeded the standards and the overall exceeding rate was 3.75%(12/320).The item with the highest exceeding rate was imidacloprid.All the 6 samples exceeding standard were from Chamomile tea,with an exceeding rate of 9.38%(6/64).There was statistical significance on the dfferences in the exceeding rate among different types of samples.The exceeding rate of pesticide residues in Chamomile tea was 17.19%(11/64),significantly higher than that in the other 4 categories.ConclusionBlack tea,green tea,barley tea and Pu'er tea sold in Shenzhen City have low risk of pesticide residues,while the pesticide residue level in Chamomile tea is high,which has certain food safety risks.Thus,attention should be paid to it and relevant supervision should be strengthened.
