摘　　要：韩国产学合作先导大学培育3.0计划的出台既有韩国政府对国家发展环境的考量,也是对前两期计划的进一步深化和改进。该项政策是韩国迄今为止持续时间最长、投入经费最多、覆盖院校最广的产学研合作系列项目。韩国产学合作先导大学培育3.0计划实施的周期为2022—2027年,其目标是通过产学合作增长模式的扩散,培育未来人才和创业型大学,主要实施构建为未来行业做好准备的人才培养体系、打造高附加值的创业型大学、加强基础设施建设以保持产学研合作、构建共享协作的生态系统等四大战略,重视事业评价和绩效管理。韩国产学合作先导大学培育3.0计划,对我国构建打通产学边界的教师制度、形成支持产学协同的组织保障、健全政府支持的产学合作政策体系和持续加大产学研成功模式推广等具有重要的借鉴意义。Korean 3.0 Plan for leaders in industry-university cooperation(LINC 3.0) was launched based on Korean government's consideration of the national development environment,aming to further deepen and improve the previous two plans.This policy is the longest-lasting,most-funded,and most widely covered series of industry-university cooperation projects in Korea.The implementation period of LINC 3.0 is from 2022 to 2027.Its goal is to cultivate future talents and entrepreneurial universities through the diffusion of the industry-university cooperation growth model.The main strategies are to build a talent training system for future industries,create high value-added entrepreneurial universities,strengthen infrastructure construction to maintain industry-university cooperation,and build a shared and collaborative ecosystem.In addition,it emphasizes career evaluation and performance management.LINC 3.0 provides important reference and inspiration for China to build a teacher system that breaks through the boundaries between industry and academia,establish organizational support for industry-university collaboration,improve the policy system for supporting industry-university cooperation by the government,and continuously promote successful industry-university cooperation models.
