“一带一路”背景下高校俄语专业跨境电子商务人才培养模式的创新研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国“一带一路”倡议的不断推进,我国与世界的交流不断深入,尤其是在经济方面的发展逐渐加深。“一带一路”倡议的发展为我国经济的发展提供新的发展基石,促进我国很多领域和行业的发展。经济全球化的不断发展促使中西方在经济往来方面日渐增加,而跨境电商作为中西方经济交流的重要形式,其重要程度日渐加重,在中西方经济交流过程中扮演着重要角色。俄语作为中西方交流的重要语言工具,想要增强跨境电子商务在经济发展中的作用,就必须加强俄语专业人才对跨境电子商务认知的培养。该文通过对目前高校俄语专业跨境电子商务人才培养情况的了解与分析,找出问题,进而提出解决问题的措施与对策,其主要方式包括“课程改革”和“实践改革”两大方面的内容。这种方式不但可以帮助学生掌握更多的俄语专业跨境电子商务的知识,还可以促进高校与企业的融合,实现人才的匹配性,对我国跨境电子商务行业的发展有着重要影响,是我国经济发展的重要途径。In recent years,with the continuous promotion of China's"the Belt and Road"initiatine,China's exchanges with the world continue to deepen,especially in the economic development gradually deepened.The development of"the Belt and Road"initiatine has provided a new development foundation for China's economic development and promoted the development of many fields and industries in China.The continuous development of economic globalization promotes the increasing economic exchanges between China and the West.As an important form of economic exchanges between China and the West,cross-border e-commerce plays an increasingly important role in the process of economic exchanges between China and the West.Russian is an important language tool for communication between China and the West.In order to enhance the role of cross-border e-commerce in economic development,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce knowledge of Talents majoring in Russian.Through the understanding and analysis of the current situation of cross-border e-commerce talents of Russian majors in universities,this paper finds out the problems and puts forward measures and countermeasures to solve the problems.The main ways include"curriculum reform"and"practice reform".This approach can not only help students master more knowledge of Russian cross-border e-commerce,but also promote the integration of universities and enterprises to achieve the matching of talents.It has a significant impact on the development of China's cross-border electronic industry and is an important way of China's economic development.
