摘　　要：总结国内外高校图书馆个人图书馆员服务的发展现状与特点,以北京大学图书馆“带班图书馆员”服务为案例,分析个人图书馆员服务的内容、模式与经验等,为国内高校图书馆开展相关服务提供借鉴。This paper summarizes the development and characteristics of personal librarian service of university libraries at home and abroad,takes the“Class Librarian”service of Peking University Library as an example to analyze the content,mode and experience of personal librarian services,so as to provide reference for domestic university libraries to carry out relevant services.
