盐酸丁螺环酮治疗阿尔茨海默病伴发抑郁焦虑障碍患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析阿尔茨海默病伴发抑郁焦虑障碍患者采用盐酸丁螺环酮治疗的效果。方法60例阿尔茨海默病伴发抑郁焦虑障碍患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上采用盐酸丁螺环酮治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及汉密尔顿抑郁焦虑综合评分、Zung心理抑郁焦虑综合评分、康耐尔痴呆抑郁量表(CSDD)评分。结果试验组患者临床总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者汉密尔顿抑郁焦虑综合评分、Zung心理抑郁焦虑综合评分、CSDD评分分别为(51.50±3.01)、(49.20±3.32)、(7.50±0.37)分,均低于对照组的(72.80±3.18)、(71.40±3.31)、(9.10±0.72)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取盐酸丁螺环酮治疗阿尔茨海默病伴发抑郁焦虑障碍患者的效果显著,能够显著改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of buspirone hydrochloride on Alzheimer's disease patients with depression and anxiety disorder.Methods A total of 60 cases of Alzheimer's disease patients with depression and anxiety disorder were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group received buspirone hydrochloride based on the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,Hamilton Self-Rating Scale for Anxiety and Depression,the comprehensive score of Zung Self-Rating Scale for Mental Depression and Anxiety and Cornell Scale for Depression in Dementia(CSDD)score.Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of 40.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hamilton Self-Rating Scale for Anxiety and Depression,the comprehensive score of Zung Self-Rating Scale for Mental Depression and Anxiety and CSDD score of the experimental group were(51.50±3.01),(49.20±3.32)and(7.50±0.37)points,which were lower than those of(72.80±3.18),(71.40±3.31)and(9.10±0.72)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buspirone hydrochloride has significant effect on Alzheimer's disease patients with depression and anxiety disorder,and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
