摘　　要：从国际形势变幻、国家战略决策以及外语习得的规律特殊性三个方面厘清外语教育语境下国家意识培育的内在逻辑,阐明将国家意识培育纳入国家语言政策规划和教学实践是外语教育践行历史使命的基本保障。立足外语教育的时代使命和国家意识的已有研究,界定外语教育国家意识的时代内涵,并探析其核心构成,包含国家认知、国家认同及国家责任三个部分,以丰富外语教育国家意识培育的理论研究,培养更多符合国家战略发展需求、践行国家意志的外语人才。This article analyzes the internal logic of cultivating national consciousness in foreign language education from three aspects:the changing international situation,national strategic decisions and the regularity and particularity of foreign language acquisition,and clarifies that integrating national consciousness cultivation into national language policy planning and teaching practice is the basic guarantee for foreign language education to fulfill its historical mission.Based on the historical mission of foreign language education and the existing research on national consciousness,this article defines the connotation of national consciousness in foreign language education and explores its core structure,including national cognition,national identity and national responsibility,to enrich the theoretical research on cultivating national consciousness in foreign language education,and cultivate more foreign language talents who meet the national strategic development needs and fulfill the national will.
