网络文化背景下高校思想政治教育思路创新研究

摘　　要：网络文化背景下,传统的高校思想政治教育在教育主体、客体、介体、环体等方面面临着发展困境,教育思路亟待创新。高校思想政治教育思路创新应坚持实事求是、以人为本、实践性、交互主体性等原则,利用网络文化资源扩充教育内容,健全网络教育机制平台,重视教育双主体属性,加强思政教师队伍培训,完善考核反馈方式,优化教育网络参与生态,不断深化对网络文化背景下思想政治教育工作规律的认识。Under the background of network culture,the traditional ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing difficulties in the development of educational subject,object,medium and environment,and educational ideas need to be innovated urgently.The innovation of ideological and political education ideas in colleges and universities should adhere to the principles of seeking truth from facts,insisting on being people-oriented,focusing on being practical and interactive subjectivity,with its content being expanded by using network cultural resources.It also should improve network education mechanism and platform,pay attention to the dual subject attribute of education,and strengthen teacher training with better assessment and feedback methods.What's more,participation ecology of educational network should be optimized in order to continuously deepen the understanding of the ideological and political education under the background of network culture.
