摘  要:教育育人的本质属性和我国重视人伦人情的文化传统决定了我国教育与文化管理的相容性与协调性,因此,文化管理是落实以人为本教育理念、实现学校高质量管理的重要手段。自古以来,文化管理在我国学校发展中就发挥着重要作用。在知识分子本身的文化自觉性的影响下,古代学校的文化管理整体呈现出以德为重、家国合一、严谨规范的特点,对于改善我国现代学校价值观教育缺失、学习者责任意识薄弱等问题,营造重视德育、自由民主、严谨规范的文化环境,培养有责任敢担当的新时代青年有较大的启示意义。Cultivating people,the essential attribute of education,and China's cultural tradition which means paying attention to human relations and feelings determine the compatibility and coordination of China's education and cultural management.Therefore,cultural management is an important means to implement the people-oriented educational concept and realize the high-quality management of schools.Since ancient times,cultural management has played an important role in the development of schools in China.Under the influence of intellectuals'cultural consciousness,the cultural management of schools in ancient times generally showed the characteristics of focusing on morality,the unity of family and country and strict norms.In order to solve the problems such as the lack of values education in modern schools and the weak sense of responsibility for learners,we should create a cultural environment that attaches importance to moral education,freedom,democracy and strict norms,which is of great enlightening significance to cultivate new youth to be responsible and dare to take responsibility in the new era.
