摘　　要：目的:探究重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)联合多感官训练对孤独症(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)患儿感知能力、心理障碍以及社交能力的影响。方法:前瞻性选取2021年5月至2022年1月在海南省妇女儿童医学中心儿童康复科接受治疗的ASD患儿107例,采用随机数表法分为观察组(n=53)和对照组(n=54)。对照组采用多感官训练治疗,观察组在其基础上联合rTMS治疗。结果:治疗后,观察组孤独症治疗评估表(Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist,ATEC)各项得分均低于对照组(均P<0.05),发育商(developmental quotient,DQ)、中国版心理教育量表(Chinese Psycho-educational Profile,C-PEP)各项指标得分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。2组均无不良反应事件发生。结论:rTMS联合多感官训练可有效改善ASD核心症状,提高患儿的感知、社交等能力,降低其心理障碍,值得在临床中推广。Objective:To explore the effects of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with multi-sensory training on perception,psychological impairment,and social skills in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods:A total of 107 children with ASD who were treated in the Children’s Rehabilitation Department of Hainan Women and Children Medical Center between May 2021 and January 2022 were prospectively selected and divided into an observation group(n=53)and a control group(n=54)by random number table method.The control group was treated with multi-sensory training,whereas the observation group was treated with rTMS on this basis.Results:After treatment,the scores of Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist(ATEC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05),and the scores of developmental quotient(DQ)and Chinese Psycho-educational Profile(C-PEP)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).No adverse reaction occurred in the 2 groups.Conclusion:rTMS combined with multi-sensory training can effectively improve the core symptoms of ASD,improve children’s perception and social skills,and reduce their psychological barriers,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
