摘　　要：RNA解旋酶DDX5(DEAD-box helicase 5)是具有多种生物学功能的核蛋白,对多种转录因子有激活作用,且在mRNA、rRNA、miRNA加工,核糖体合成,细胞增殖及分化,细胞骨架重塑,细胞凋亡中发挥十分重要的作用。在血管疾病中,DDX5可以引起动脉粥样硬化的加剧及抑制血管重构。研究表明DDX5与多种肿瘤的发生、调控的解除及关键致癌因子基因的表达有关。此外DDX5还参与神经系统疾病、肾病及肥胖症等疾病的发生与发展。深入探讨DDX5的结构特点,生物学功能与病理生理作用能够为众多临床相关疾病提供治疗参考。RNA helicase DDX5(DEAD-box helicase 5)is a nuclear protein with a variety of biological functions,which activates a variety of transcription factors and plays a very important role in the processing of mRNA,rRNA,miRNA,ribosome synthesis,cell proliferation and differentiation,cytoskeletal remodeling,and apoptosis.In vascular disease,DDX5 induce exacerbated atherosclerosis and inhibit vascular remodeling.Studies have shown that DDX5 is associated with the development of various tumors,deregulation,and the expression of key oncogenes.In addition,DDX5 is also involved in the occurrence and development of neurological diseases,kidney diseases and obesity.An in-depth investigation of structural characteristics,biological function,and pathophysiological role of DDX5 can provide reference for numerous clinically relevant diseases.
