摘  要:1676 mm轨距60 kg/m钢轨8.5号宽轨单开道岔,是国内首次开发和应用的宽轨道岔,应用于昆明铁建装备厂内试验线。介绍了该道岔设计参数的选取和结构特点,并检算了道岔的安全参数和辙叉及护轨各部间隔。转辙器采用弹性可弯尖轨,转换设备按内锁闭装置设计,采用手动扳道器扳动,尖轨跟端设置限位器结构。辙叉采用钢轨组合辙叉,护轨选用33 kg/m槽型护轨。道岔采用Ⅲ型弹条分开式扣件,滑床板和护轨垫板处基本轨内侧台板刚性扣压,外侧采用弹条扣压。No.8.5 broad gauge simple turnout with 60 kg/m rails and gauge of 1676 mm is the broad gauge turnout firstly developed and applied in domestic.It is applied at CRCCE in-plat test line.This paper introduces the selection of design parameters and structural features of the turnout,checks the safety parameters of turnout and spaces between parts of frog and check rail.The flexible switch rail is adopted for the switch,the switch machine is designed with inner locking device,the manual switchstand is adopted and the position-limited device is set at the heel of switch rail.The frog is the bolted rigid frog.The check rail adopts 33 kg/m channel type check rail.Type III elastic rail fastenings which are separated are adopted to the turnout,the rigidity clamping is adopted to the inner side of stock rail at the positions of sliding plate and check rail base plate,and elastic clamping for the outer side.
