摘  要:【目的】促进植物生长发育,提高农作物的产量及品质。【方法】以青花菜(Brassica oleracea L.var.italica Plenck)为试材,研究叶面喷施硫酸亚铁、EDTA-Fe和氯化亚铁3种铁盐对青花菜幼苗生理及硫苷含量的影响。【结果】喷施不同浓度的3种铁盐均能不同程度提高青花菜幼苗的株高、茎粗、SOD活性、可溶性蛋白含量和硫苷含量。其中喷施0.1%硫酸亚铁(T1)处理的青花菜幼苗的茎粗和POD活性最高,茎粗比CK组显著提高了30.7%;喷施0.5 mg/L氯化亚铁(T8)处理的青花菜幼苗的株高和硫苷含量最高,分别比CK组显著提高了28.7%和137.7%;喷施5 mg/L氯化亚铁(T9)处理的青花菜幼苗的SOD活性和可溶性蛋白含量最高,分别比CK组显著提高了406.6%和16.27%(P<0.05);喷施20 mg/L氯化亚铁(T10)处理的青花菜幼苗的丙二醛含量最低,比CK组显著降低19.29%(P<0.05)。隶属函数综合分析表明:喷施0.5 mg/L氯化亚铁(T8)处理的青花菜幼苗的隶属函数值最高,CK组的青花菜幼苗的隶属函数值最低,说明喷施不同种类、不同浓度的铁盐均能不同程度促进青花菜幼苗的生长发育。【结论】综上所述,3种不同浓度的铁盐,以叶面喷施一定浓度的氯化亚铁最佳。【Objective】In order to promote plant growth and development and improve the yield and quality of crops.【Method】This experiment was conducted to study the effects of foliar spraying of three i ron salts,ferrous sulfate,EDTA-Fe and ferrous chloride,on the physiology and glucosinolate content of broccoli(Brassica oleracea L.var.italica Plenck)seedlings using as test material.【Result】The results showed that the spraying of the three iron salts at different concentrations could increase the plant height,stem thickness,SOD activity,soluble protein content and glucosinolate content of broccoli seedlings to different degrees.The highest stem thickness and POD activity were found in the 0.1%ferrous sulfate(T1)treatment,and the stem thickness significantly increased by 30.7%compared with the CK group;the highest plant height and glucosinolate content were found in the 0.5 mg/L ferrous chloride(T8)treatment,which significantly increased by 28.7%and 137.7%compared with the CK group,respectively;the highest SOD activity and soluble protein content were found in broccoli seedlings treated with 5 mg/L ferrous chloride(T9)spray,which significantly increased by 406.6%and 16.27%,respectively,compared to the CK group(P<0.05);the lowest malondialdehyde content was found in the broccoli seedlings sprayed with 20 mg/L ferrous chloride(T10),which was significantly reduced by 19.29%compared with the CK group(P<0.05).The comprehensive analysis of the affiliation function showed that the highest affiliation function value was found in the broccoli seedlings sprayed with 0.5 mg/L f errous chloride(T8),and the lowest affiliation function value was found in the broccoli seedlings of the CK group,indicating that the spraying of different types of iron salts at different concentrations could p romote the growth and development of broccoli seedlings to different degrees.【Conclusion】In conclusion,the foliar spraying of ferrous chloride at certain concentration was the best among the three different iron salts.
