摘  要:质子交换膜燃料电池试验台是测试质子交换膜燃料电池参数的关键设备,其控制系统开发是试验台开发的必要途径。针对30 KW电堆运行特点,开发一款30 KW质子交换膜燃料电池试验台控制系统,该系统采用分布式控制,以工控机为上位机,通过485、CAN双总线与被控对象进行数据采集与控制,拓展PLC下位机采集开关量、模拟量等信号。基于LABVIEW平台开发出可实现压差、流量、温湿度、排水控制、故障保护、数据解析储存等功能的上位机软件。Proton exchange membrane fuel cell test bench is an important equipment to test the parameters of proton exchange membrane fuel cell,and the development of its control system is a necessary way to develop the test bench.A 30 KW proton exchange membrane fuel cell test bed control system was developed according to the operation characteristics of a 30 KW reactor.The control system adopts distributed control,taking the industrial computer as the upper computer through 485,CAN double bus and the controlled object for data acquisition and control,and expanding the PLC under the computer to collect switch quantity,analog quantity and other signals.Based on LABVIEW development platform,it can realize the pressure difference,flow,temperature and humidity,drainage control,fault protection,data analysis and storage and other functions of the control program.
