大学生眼健康现况及近视成因分析

摘　　要：随机抽取125名大学生,通过问卷调查大学生的眼健康情况和用眼习惯,以及对保护眼睛的态度和预防近视的方法。调查结果表明:大学生近视率高,对眼健康的重视程度平均分为7.35,虽然进行矫正但矫正方式欠佳,对眼健康认知片面,用眼习惯欠佳、连续用眼时间长、学业压力大、长时间使用电子产品和用眼习惯不良等问题普遍存在。大学生应该加强眼健康常识,养成正确用眼习惯,学习正确的眼部护理知识,从而提高眼健康认知水平,改善眼健康状况。125 college students were randomly selected to investigate the eye health status,the habit of using eyes,and understand their attitudes and behaviors towards eye protection.The results show that the myopia rate of college students is high,and the average score of attention to eye health is 7.35.The correction method is not good,and the recognition of eye health is one-sided,the use of eyes is not good,the continuous use of eyes is long,the academic pressure is high,the use time of electronic productsis is long,and the use of eyes is incorrect.College students should strengthen the general knowledge of eye health,develop correct eye habits,and learn to correct eye care knowledge,so as to improve the level of eye health cognition and improve the eye health status.
