摘 要:针对传统的高频信号注入法将电流响应信号通过滤波器进行信号处理,而滤波器的延迟特性会造成控制延迟影响电机运转准确性的问题,提出一种改进的控制策略.该策略采用高频方波信号替换传统正弦信号,使用滑模控制器作为电机速度环代替传统PI控制器,并利用信号分离的方法避免了滤波器的使用.仿真结果表明,该控制方法能较稳定追踪转子位置信息;当电机负载发生突变时能快速恢复稳定状态,系统具有较好的控制性能.Traditional high-frequency signal injection method processes the current response signal through filter.The delay characteristic of filter will cause the control delay affecting the accuracy of motor operation.In order to solve this problem,the paper proposes an improved control strategy.In this approach,high-frequency square-wave signal is used to replace the traditional sinusoidal signal,and sliding mode controller is used as the motor speed loop to replace the traditional PI controller,with the method of signal separation to avoid the use of filter.Simulation results show that the proposed method can track the rotor position information stably,that when the load abrupt changes happen to the motor,the stable state can be quickly restored,and that the system has good control performance.
