摘  要:探究了焦山楂类黑精对于功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠胃肠动力的影响。采用慢性应激法建立功能性消化不良大鼠模型,给药7天后测定各组大鼠的胃排空率和肠推进率、血清中的5-羟色胺和胃动素的含量及各组大鼠胃和小肠中的C-kit mRNA的表达量。结果表明,与空白组相比,各组大鼠的胃排空率和肠推进率、血清中的5-羟色胺和胃动素的含量以及胃和小肠组织中的C-kitmRNA的表达量均有不同程度改善。研究发现,焦山楂类黑精能通过调节FD大鼠血清中的胃肠激素,上调胃肠道中Cajal间质细胞的数量来改善胃肠动力。This paper explored the effect of parched hawthorn fruit melanoid sperm on gastrointestinal motility in functional dyspepsia(FD)rats.A functional dyspepsia rat model was established using chronic stress method.After 7 days of administration,the gastric emptying rate and intestinal propulsion rate,the levels of serotonin and motilin in serum,and the expression of C-kit mRNA in the stomach and small intestine of each group of rats were measured.The results showed that compared with the blank group,the gastric emptying rate and intestinal propulsion rate,the levels of serotonin and motilin in serum,and the expression of C-kit mRNA in stomach and small intestine tissues of rats in each group were improved to varying degrees.Research has found that parched hawthorn fruit melanoid sperm can improve gastrointestinal motility by regulating gastrointestinal hormones in the serum of FD rats and upregulating the number of Cajal interstitial cells in the gastrointestinal tract.
