摘 要:探究了乳腺癌影像学检查技术的临床应用的新进展。乳腺癌早发现、早诊断、早治疗与患者预后及生活质.量息息相关。影像学检查方法能满足临床早期发现并诊断乳腺癌的需求。其中,乳腺X线摄影主要用于乳腺癌筛查。CBBCT在伴有可疑钙化的乳腺癌诊断上具有明显优势,且能够精准指导乳腺疾病穿刺。研究发现,多参数MRI可用于乳腺肿块的良恶性鉴别及新辅助化疗疗效评估等,而PET-CT多用于乳腺癌分期并指导后续临床治疗。乳腺癌相关影像学检查方法层出不穷,具有广阔的应用前景。The new progress of clinical application of imaging examination technology for breast cancer was expounded.Early detection,diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer are closely related to the prognosis and quality of life of patients.Imaging examination methods can meet the needs of early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer.Among them,mammography is mainly used for breast cancer screening.CBBCT has obvious advantages in the diagnosis of breast cancer with suspicious calcification,and can accurately guide breast disease puncture.Multi parameter MRI can be used to difrentiate benign and malignant breast masses and evaluate the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy,while PET-CT is mostly used to stage breast cancer and guide follow-up clinical treatment.Breast cancer related imaging examination methods emerge in endlessly,with broad application prospects.
