摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是培养临床专家“德艺双馨”的关键阶段。将课程思政融入专业课程内容,不仅是专业知识被有效消化吸收的重要保障,更是落实立德树人根本任务的重要抓手。本文以麻醉专业为例,阐述“互联网+”背景下麻醉专业住院医师规范化培训课程思政路径,深度融合专业实践教学与课程思政教育,充分发挥二者的协同效应,促进麻醉专业整体教学质量的提升,培养专业技术强、综合素质高的复合型麻醉领域专业人才,实现立德树人的根本目标。Standardized training for resident physicians(referred to as residency training)is a crucial stage in cultivating clinical experts with both moral and artistic qualities.Integrating ideological and political education into professional courses is not only an important guarantee for the effective digestion and absorption of professional knowledge,but also an important lever for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent.Taking the anesthesia specialty as an example,this paper expounds the ideological and political path of standardized training courses for anesthesiologists in the anesthesia specialty under the background of“Internet plus”,deeply integrates professional practice teaching and curriculum ideological and political education,gives full play to the synergistic effect of the two,promotes the improvement of the overall teaching quality of the anesthesia specialty,cultivates compound anesthesiologists with strong professional technology and high comprehensive quality,and realizes the fundamental goal of moral cultivation.
