摘 要:传统体育课程设计存在模式单一、学生参与度不高的问题,而包含分析、设计、开发、实施和评估五个阶段内容的ADDIE教学设计模型,被视为一种有效的教学设计方式。本文以ADDIE教学设计模型为核心,对传统体育课程进行改革设计,并为其提供教学设计成果匹配表,划定课程设计流程。结果表明,依托ADDIE模型可以帮助教师设计出更加创新、灵活、多样、具有互动性的体育教学方案,使教学设计过程更加完善、学生发展更加全面。Traditional physical education curriculum design has the problems of single mode and a low participation rate of students.ADDIE instructional design model,which consists of five phases viz.analysis,design,development,implementation,and assessment,is considered an effective approach to instructional design.In response,this study used the ADDIE instructional design model to reform and design traditional physical education curriculum,and provided a matching table of instructional design achievement,and determined the curriculum design flow.The results reveal that the ADDIE model successfully helped teachers design more innovative,flexible,diverse,and interactive PE plans,and improved the teaching design process and enabled all-around students’development.
