摘　　要：供应链金融是金融科技(Fintech)背景下金融机构以核心企业为链上基础企业,以真实电子商务或国内外贸易背景为基础为链上核心企业和供应商企业提供综合金融产品和服务的一种方式。供应链金融是数字化时代,促进实体经济发展以及电子商务、跨境支付等业务拓展的企业经济发展的重要推动力之一。在实际业务往来中,核心企业通常占据供应链主导地位,而各级供应商因资金实力不如核心企业、贸易中信息不对称等原因,贷款抵押能力较弱。文章从企业供应链角度出发,结合区块链技术分布式账本(DLT)、分布式拒绝服务(DDOS)、去中心化、不可篡改等特点,为企业供应链金融云平台建设提供技术支持和具体落实措施。Supply chain finance is a way that financial institutions provide comprehensive financial products and services to core enterprises and supplier enterprises on the basis of real e-commerce or domestic and foreign trade under the background of Fintech.Supply chain finance is one of the important driving forces of enterprise economic development in the digital era,which promotes the development of the real economy and business expansion such as e-commerce and cross-border payment.In actual business transactions,core enterprises usually occupy the leading position in the supply chain,while suppliers at all levels have weak loan mortgage ability due to lack of financial strength that core enterprises possess and asymmetric information in trade.From the perspective of enterprise supply chain,the paper provides technical support and specific implementation measures for the construction of enterprise supply chain financial cloud platform,combining the characteristics of blockchain technology distributed ledger(DLT),distributed denial of service(DDOS),decentralization,and tamper-proof.
