摘  要:为验证某型号助老衣柜构件的综合使用性能,寻求轻量化解决方案,采用SolidWorks三维软件进行建模,并利用ANSYS Workbench软件进行网格划分,对构件进行有限元仿真分析.根据有限元分析结果,对柜体进行结构优化设计和轻量化设计.结果表明,在满足综合性能要求的前提下,所做的拓扑优化分析设计能避开应力值的较大区域,使安全性要求得到满足.通过结果分析发现,优化后的助老衣柜,其柜体质量减少25.8%.本研究对后续类似构建产品轻量化设计具有一定的参考价值.In order to verify the comprehensive performance of a type of the elderly wardrobe component and seek a lightweight solution,this paper uses the 3D software Solidworks for modeling,and ANSYS Workbench software for mesh division and finite element simulation analysis of the component.According to the results of finite element simulation analysis,this paper optimizes the structure of the cabinet and seeks the lightweight solution.The result shows that on the premise of meeting the comprehensive performance requirements of special structures,the topology optimization design avoids the areas with large stress values and meets the safety requirements.Through the result analysis,the weight of the optimized elderly wardrobe has been reduced by 25.8%.This study has certain reference value for the follow-up similar construction product lightweight design.
