摘 要:针对涉海专业微生物学实验课教学中存在的问题,引入“3+1”教学改革模式。以海洋微生物的分离与鉴定为实验教学案例,通过独立设计实验,充分做好实验准备工作;基于云平台引入智能导学,增加线上辅导互动;统筹安排线下课堂内实验及总结创新四个方面阐述了“3+1”教学模式在实验教学中实施方法。与传统微生物学实验教学模式相比,“3+1”教学模式提高了微生物学实验课堂教学的有效性和学生总结创新的能力,满足了涉海专业微生物学实验教学高目标的要求。Aiming at problems existing in the teaching of microbiology experiment course of marine-oriented major,the teaching reform mode of“3+1”was introduced and expounded from four aspects.Taking the isolation and identification of marine microorganisms as an experimental teaching case,the experiment design was completed independently,experimental preparations were made,and the intelligent guidance was introduced toincrease the online interaction based on cloud platform.Classroom experiments offline were arranged properly and experiment summary and innovation was complemented.Compared with the traditional microbiology experiment teaching mode,the“3+1”teaching mode it improved the effectiveness of classroom teaching in microbiology experiment and the ability to innovation meets the higher requirements of microbiology experiment teaching for in sea-related specialty.
