摘  要:大型仪器设备是高校开展科研、教学和社会服务的重要基础条件,是高校培养高素质人才的重要资源和保障。随着高校在大型仪器设备购置上经费投入的日益增长,如何合理使用和管理大型仪器设备,实现资源共享提高利用率,已成为高校设备管理部门重要课题之一。许多高校在实际运行中通过大型仪器设备共享机制提高了仪器使用率,但同时也提高了仪器设备损坏的风险,增加了维修和维护经费和实验技术人员的工作量等问题,因此,从大型仪器设备资源共享的管理模式及机制完善出发,探讨了大型仪器设备共享模式下存在的问题,并提出了相应改进措施。The large instruments and equipment are important basic conditions for universities to carry out scientific research,teaching and social services,as well as important resources and guarantees for universities to cultivate high-qualified talents.With the increasing funding in the purchase of large instruments and equipment in colleges and universities,how to rational use and manage large instruments and equipment,realize resource sharing and improve the utilization rate has become one of the important subjects for the equipment management department in college and universities.In the actual management of many universities,the sharing mechanism of large instruments and equipment has improved the utilization rate of instruments,but it also increased the risk of equipment damage,increase the cost of repair and maintenance and the workload of experimental technicians,therefore,based on the perfection of the management model and mechanism of large instruments and equipment resource sharing,discussed the problem of this sharing model and puts forward the corresponding improvement.
