摘　　要：目前恶性肿瘤已经成为威胁人类身体健康的主要疾病之一,致死率、致残率在逐年上升。蛋白质二硫异构酶A3(PDIA3)是PDI家族中重要的一员,是一种功能广泛的硫醇氧化还原酶,其在多种肿瘤中的表达含量升高,与肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移密切相关。尽管大量研究表明,PDIA3在许多肿瘤的发生和发展中起着至关重要的作用,但目前尚无系统的报道PIDA3在消化系统肿瘤中的作用。因此,该文综述了PDIA3在4种消化系统肿瘤中的不同表达情况及临床意义,探讨其在不同癌症发展阶段或临床预后中的作用,进一步寻找有效的早期诊断和基因治疗的潜在靶点。这对提高肿瘤患者的生存率具有十分重要的意义。At present,malignant tumors are one of the most important diseases that threaten human health,and related disability and fatality rates are increasing yearly.Protein disulfide isomerase A3(PDIA3),an important member of the PDI family,is a type of mercaptan oxidoreductase with a wide range of functions.Its increased expression in a variety of tumors is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells.Although numerous studies have shown that PDIA3 plays a crucial role in the occurrence and development of many tumors,the role of PIDA3 in digestive system tumors has not been systematically reported.Therefore,this paper reviews the different expression patterns of PDIA3 in four kinds of digestive system tumors and its clinical significance,and discusses its role in different stages of cancer development or clinical prognosis,so as to further search for effective early diagnosis and potential targets for gene therapy.It is of great significance to improve the survival rate of tumor patients.
