摘　　要：“十四五”中医药发展规划中肯定了中医护理的重要性和中医护理骨干人才培养的必要性,培养高素质的中医护理骨干人才,对中医护理学科有很大的促进作用。此文从中医护理骨干人才培养的研究现状、意义、实践,在校护生以及在职护士的培养策略等方面进行综述,旨在为提高中医护理人才培训的质量提供依据,为护理管理人员针对性地制定培养方案提供参考。The"Fourteenth Five-Year Plan"for the development of Chinese medicine affirms the importance of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and the need to train cadres of traditional Chinese medicine nursing talents.This paper reviews the current situation,significance and practice of talent training,and the training strategies of in-service nurses in school nursing students,with the aim of providing a basis for improving the quality of traditional Chinese medicine nursing talent training and providing reference for managers to develop training program.
