腹腔镜手术治疗结肠癌的疗效及对性生活能力、胃肠道功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗结肠癌患者的临床效果。方法方便选取2019年1—12月湖北省麻城市人民医院收治的152例结肠癌患者为研究对象,采用均等单盲法分为对照组和研究组,各76例,对照组给予传统开腹手术治疗,研究组给予腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果、性生活能力和胃肠功能改善情况。结果研究组术中出血量少于对照组,术后下床时间和住院总时长短于对照组,手术时长长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组淋巴结清扫数量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组胃肠功能恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术前男性和女性患者的性生活能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月和12个月,研究组男性和女性患者性生活能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(6.58%)低于对照组(18.42%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.872,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗结肠癌的临床效果确切,可以在促进患者胃肠功能恢复的同时,最大限度保留患者术后的性功能,减少术后并发症的发生,保障患者治疗的安全性。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery on patients with colon cancer.Methods A total of 152 patients with colon cancer admitted to Macheng People's Hospital from January to December 2019 were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group by equal singleblind method,with seventy-six cases in each group.The control group received traditional open surgery,and the study group received laparoscopic surgery.The clinical therapeutic effect,sexual activity and gastrointestinal function improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the study group was less than that of the control group,and the length of getting out of bed and hospitalization after surgery was longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of lymph nodes dissection between the two groups(P>0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in sexual ability scores between two groups of male and female patients before surgery(P>0.05).The sexual ability scores of male and female patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group at 6 months and 12 months after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group(6.58%)was lower than that of the control group(18.42%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.872,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of colon cancer is exact.It can not only promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients,but also maximize the retention of postoperative sexual function of patients,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and ensure the safety of patients'treatment.
