摘  要:研究血人参中的类黄酮成分,为提升血人参药材品质提供参考。本研究采用UPLC/Q-TOF-MS技术及类黄酮靶标代谢组学技术分析血人参根中的类黄酮成分,比较两种技术在类黄酮成分分析和鉴定中的差异。通过UPLC/Q-TOF-MS技术从血人参根中鉴定出14中类黄酮成分,通过类黄酮靶标代谢组学技术分析鉴定出61种类黄酮成分。原花青素B2、儿茶素、表儿茶素、表儿茶素没食子酸酯等4种成分是血人参根中的主要类黄酮物质。研究结果不仅可帮助揭示血人参药材的品质形成机制,还可为开发改良调控类黄酮物质积累种植技术提供参考。To study the flavonoids in Indigofera stachyoides and provide reference for improving the quality of I.stachyoides.In this study,UPLC/Q-TOF-MS and target metabonomics of flavonoids were used to analyze the flavonoids in the root of I.stachyoides and the differences between the two techniques in identification of flavonoids were compared.Fourteen flavonoids were identified from the root of I.stachyoides by UPLC/Q-TOF-MS,and 61 flavonoids were identified by target metabonomics of flavonoids.Procyanidin B2,catechin,epicatechin and epicatechin gallate may be the main flavonoids in the root of I.stachyoides.These results can not only help to reveal the quality formation mechanism of I.stachyoides,but also provide a reference for the improvement of planting technology to regulate the accumulation of flavonoids in I.stachyoides.
