来华留学生文化智力影响因素的实证分析

摘　　要：文化智力是提升来华留学生跨文化适应性,加深其中国文化认同的重要前因变量。本文基于对国内25所高校的1199名来华留学生的调查研究发现:性别、是否华裔对文化智力影响不大;中文水平越高,文化智力得分越高;跨文化学习使命感对文化智力具有正向影响;积极应对方式在跨文化学习使命感与文化智力间起中介作用;留学时间在跨文化学习使命感与文化智力间发挥调节作用。Cultural intelligence quotient(CQ)is an important antecedent variable for international students to improve their intercultural adaptability and deepen their Chinese cultural identity.A survey of 1199 international students from 25 universities in China shows that gender and origin of China have little influence on CQ.However,the better Chinese he/she has,the higher the score of CQ.The calling for intercultural learning has a positive effect on CQ.Positive coping style has a mediate effect between the calling for intercultural learning and CQ.The duration of study in China has a moderating effect between the calling and CQ.
